Customer service and opening hours
If you cannot find a solution yourself, please contact customer service on telephone number 088 235 75 00. We can be reached by telephone from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00. We answer chat and mail until 17.30
Weekends and national holidays
We are temporarily unavailable on weekends and on nationally recognized Dutch holidays. Our chatbot Robin is always working. If you can't find a solution with Robin, please send us a message via the contact form.
